Delegates may book flights to Zamboanga City (ZAM) from major Philippine gateways such as Manila and Cebu. Philippine Airlines lists available flights from Manila to Zamboanga City and Cebu to Zamboanga City, while Cebu Pacific also includes Zamboanga among its domestic destinations.

For delegates already in Mindanao, Zamboanga City may be reached by bus or private vehicle, depending on the available routes and schedules. Bus schedules should be checked close to the travel date, especially for long-distance trips within the Zamboanga Peninsula.

Delegates may also travel by sea through passenger vessels bound for Zamboanga City. 2GO Travel maintains an online booking and sailing schedule platform, but delegates should check the latest schedules directly because ferry departures and travel times may change.
